From the menu
Tofu ingredients are very simple with three ingredients: soybeans, water, and bittern.At our shop, we purchase fresh soymilk squeezed from domestic soybeans from a long-established tofu shop and natural bittern from Okinawa, and prepare it so that it will be ready every day at 17:00.Please enjoy the freshly made tofu, which is full of the original sweetness and aroma of soybeans.
